Step 1: Go to Spend Management

  1. Navigate to Spend Management.

  2. Click on Transactions.

  3. Select the Transfers tab.

You will see a list of detected transfers.
If no transactions appear, click Detect Transfers to allow the system to identify matching transactions between accounts.

Step 2: Review the Transfers

Once the transactions appear:

  • Carefully review the details.

  • If you find the same transaction recorded in two different accounts (for example, a transfer out of one account and into another), click the ✓ (checkmark) to confirm the match.

  • If the transactions do not match, click the X button to reject the suggestion.

How Transfers Are Categorized

  • Credit card and debit card payments are categorized under:
“Credit Card Payments – Clearing” (Chart of Account)

  • Other transfers are categorized under:
    “Cash Adjustments – Clearing Account”

These clearing accounts ensure that funds moving between internal accounts are not recorded as income or expenses.
