If you need to exclude certain bank transactions from your records in FinTruck, you can easily do so using the Spend Management section. Follow the steps below:
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to your FinTruck account.
Use your registered credentials to access your dashboard.
Navigate to Spend Management.
From the main menu, go to Spend Management > Transactions.
Select the transactions you want to exclude.
Locate the transactions from the list and check the box next to each one you want to exclude.
Use the Bulk Action option.
Once you’ve selected the transactions, click on Bulk Action at the top of the page.
Choose the “Exclude” option.
From the dropdown menu, select Exclude.
This action will remove the selected transactions from your active spend reports.
