🚛 Getting Started with Fintruck: A Quick Guide for Trucking Companies

🔌 Link Your Accounts
Connect your bank accounts, fuel cards, payroll systems, and freight payment processors. If you’ve already linked them, you’re ahead of the curve. Great job! 🎉

📂 Organize Key Transactions for Accurate Insights
Gain a clear view of your Net Burn and Cash Runway by categorizing your key expenses, like fuel costs, maintenance, and driver payroll. Head over to the Transactions tab, click the [Help me categorize] button in the top right corner, and choose Last full month to get started.

🔦 Integrate with you TMS 
Navigate to settings and integrate with your relevant Transportation Management System. Right now, there is native integration available from Datatruck TMS.

🔦 Spotlight Critical Metrics
Navigate to your dashboard and click the Spotlight button under your performance cards at the top. Spotlight highlights vital financial metrics and significant changes, such as fuel price fluctuations, freight earnings, and maintenance trends.

👥 Invite & Tag Your Team
Do you have a dispatcher, driver manager, or bookkeeper? Collaborate more effectively by inviting your team to Fintruck and tagging them on transactions for clarity. For example, find out what a driver spent using the company card. Just click your initials in the top left of any screen to add team members.
